2+ Years PQE | Brentwood, Essex | Salary dependent on experience

We’re a well-established boutique high street law firm in Brentwood, Essex, and we’re looking for a Residential Property Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join our growing team.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage your own caseload and work directly with clients across a broad range of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New-build purchases
- Lease extensions
- Other residential property transactions
You’ll have real ownership of your matters, supported by an experienced team when you need it.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE and solid residential conveyancing experience.
More importantly, you’ll be someone who:
- Knows residential property inside out
- Can manage a caseload confidently and independently
- Is commercially aware and solutions-focused
- Builds strong relationships with clients
- Communicates clearly and gets back to people
- Takes pride in the quality of their work
- Wants to be part of a team, rather than just another fee earner
We’re particularly interested in solicitors who enjoy the client-facing side of private practice and want to build long-term relationships rather than simply process files.
